David Barnitt
David Barnitt is the founder of Attract Capital, LLC and has close to 20 years of deal making experience in M&A and growth capital financings. Mr. David Barnitt formed Attract Capital with a distinct focus on helping companies raise growth capital without giving up control. Barnitt has been involved in over 100 transactions in his long career amounting to approximately $950 million in total capital. Under his leadership, Attract Capital has become a highly regarded boutique advisor with a diverse client base throughout the US and Europe. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. David Barnitt was a private equity investor at Greyrock Capital Group. He has also been involved in building and leading early stage and late stage growth companies. Barnitt started his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young LLP.
